How To Get High Quality Pal Oil
Simply put, the best places to find High Quality Pal Oil in the game are the desert biomes that are littered around the map. While some of these desert areas can come with some high-level creatures and dangers, the northern desert can be accessed very early on, which is huge when you first unlock the ability to craft guns and other weapons.
Just be sure to come equipped with some Heat Resistant Armor to help with the arid heat of the deserts. The best options for this gear are:
- Heat Resistant Pelt Armor
- Heat Resistant Metal Armor
- Heat Resistant Refined Metal Armor
- Heat Resistant Pal Metal Armor
In the deserts, you can come across the Pal, Digitoise, which is the Pal you are looking for to drop the Pal Oil for you. Bring along your best Pals or take the Digtoise out from afar to collect the High Quality Pal Oil that they leave behind.
Be sure that you take them out before they burrow in the ground, as you will lose them after that moment. Because of this, your best bet is to just focus on downing the Digitoise, rather than trying to capture them. Capturing them requires a little more time and patience, two things that you won’t really have at the moment. So don’t worry about that and just blast away until they go down.
